Erica Swanson
I am a veterinary technician here at Ocean’s Edge Veterinary Clinic.  I assist the doctor with your pets during exams, surgeries, and maintenance care.  My wonderful family, my daughter Riley who is 8 and my loving husband Bryan, live in New Smyrna Beach.  We have a dog named Lucy that we love with all our hearts.  She is as spoiled as my daughter.  During my free time, I enjoy traveling, surfing, softball and every water activity with my family.  I can honestly say I enjoy every day that I work because of you and your pets.
Hope Buchanan
I have enjoyed working as a veterinary technician for most of my adult life.  At Ocean’s Edge Veterinary Clinic, I also work as a receptionist and am happy to have the opportunity to get to know people who really care about their pets.  When not working, I spend lots of time with my family and friends.  I enjoy watching football, playing catch and hanging out at the beach.  I grew up in this area and love living here.  I have an adorable little boy who is sweet, smart & funny.  We share our home with cats Belle and Cooper, and our mini schnauzer, Mooley Bear.
Kim O'Neill
I have worked in the veterinary field for 15 years.  I have been with Ocean’s Edge Veterinary Clinic since May of 2006.  When not working I spend most of my free time with my husband, James and our exuberant weimaraner and our cat.  Our cat Scooter was completely paralyzed at the age of 10 weeks due to pesticides.  With the use of Feline Whole Body and use of our cold laser he can walk, chase lizards and generally terrorize the dog.
Melony Thomas
I look forward to serving you as a receptionist at Ocean’s Edge Veterinary Clinic.  I welcome the opportunity to meet and greet you and your pets.  I am originally from Colorado and came to Florida to attend school, after graduation I decided to stay in the Port Orange area.  I share my home with my wonderful husband and our four legged family, a great dane, a greyhound and a cat.  I enjoy flying small airplanes, boating and going to the beach in my free time.  Please feel free to let me know how to best serve you and your pets.

I have been a veterinary technician for over 10 years – 6 of which have been here at Ocean’s Edge Veterinary Clinic.  I have felt a passion for helping animals for as long as I can remember.  My husband and 2 busy children and I live on a small farm with 7 dogs of our own, 5 foster dogs, 2 pet pigs, cows and horses.  In my spare time I………oops I don’t have any spare time!
